最近, 我的一名前電腦軟 件工程師同事, 要我和他 合作發展電腦自動化交 易外匯軟件.
要發展外匯軟件, 我必須 先進行領域研究(domain study), 以 掌握外匯交易的商業程 序(business procedure).
研究一個商業領域(business domain) 是很花時間的.
如果 電腦自動化交易外 匯軟件 在馬來西亞的市 場不夠大, 我就不打算發 展這個軟件.

你認爲值得花時間去發 展這個為馬來西亞的市 場而開發的電腦自動化 外匯交易軟件嗎?

前同事說:
馬來西亞目前開始流行 網上外匯投機交易.
有些外匯投機者為了避 免坐在電腦前監視(monitor) 行 情/趨勢, 就用電腦軟件設 定交易的 條件/判斷標準 (criteria).
當某些推測(speculated)可能發生 的 事件/情勢, 真的實現時, 將會引起(trigger)電腦自動發出交易定單(trading order).
外匯投機者的交易策 略(strategy)不同, 設定的交易條 件(criteria)也不同.
國際形勢有所變動, 設定 的交易條件也要更改.
有些特別的交易條件, 是 在標準軟件裏無法設定的.
特別的交易條件, 需要另 外寫電腦程序.

我打算將這軟件定位為 免費軟件(freeware).
收入來自為特別的交易 條件所寫的電腦程序的 收費.
