I guess that most of the ISP are using multiple servers to distribute the work load
nowaday, and each ISP server may have different system administrator. Even your each
connection are through the same ISP, but may not with the same server.
If each of the server using their own PPP/DHCP server, you may found your IP
subdomain are changing with each connection. Sometime when the current
connection are having problem(slow, not able to find website due to DNS server's
host table corruption...), disconnect and connect again may let you connect to
another better ISP server and solve the problem.
艾雲, in your case, it may be your company not using Proxy server, but
one of your company's ISP server do. So you may can disconnet and connect again to
solve this problem.
I just do a test on one of my ISP(time.net).
start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
It show up 3 subdomain, but I just only can access
http://sanc.ns2go.com/cgi-bin/san3/index.cgi
through 211.24.88.xxx
It look like my ISP are using 3 servers at my local area, 2 using proxy
server(211.24.86.xxx, 211.24.87.xxx), 1 not using proxy server(211.24.88.xxx).

巳使用了管大的測試程
式,應該是強行使用了proxy吧,
ip 和 gateway 都是相同的ip, 但desktop
所用的是另派出來的. 只
是上星期可以上線,現在
就不可以了O_Q....

If your PC are direct connect to ISP, each time you reconnect, the IP Address will change.
If IP Address remain the same after you reconnect, than you are connect with ISP through
your company router/gateway. In this case, it's still possible your company do not
using proxy server. It can be last time your company router connect with an ISP sever
without proxy server, and now the router connect with an ISP server with proxy server.
In this case, you have to pray for the next router shut down and restart, it will connect
with an ISP sever without proxy server. ;-)

否則你會發現透過PROXY連
線的IP都一樣, 那麼大家都
會被系統的多重登入擋掉

不過某些惡意隱藏來源
IP的PROXY還是會擋住
請注意~使用PROXY的玩家請自
行負擔IP相衝而被系統判
定多重的危險~~

告知你不能用Proxy了~~
